This is a 2-day course for Foundation Phase Teachers/Assistants who have already completed the Incredible Years Teacher Classroom Management Programme. |
Aims:
- To help children learn non-aggressive ways to solve common conflicts.
- To teach children how to show appropriate classroom behaviours and positive social skills with other children and adults.
- To improve children's social and emotional competence and enhances their abilities to do well in school and make and keep friends.
Key Learning Outcomes
Research of the Dinosaur School Programme shows that children develop appropriate classroom behaviour along side positive social and emotional competence and enhances their ability to do well at school and make and keep friends.
